Return & Refund Eligibility

• Timeframe: You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Undergarments & accessories for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

• If your return is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the refund details.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
